Navigation Arena
The Navigation arena consists primarily of functioning Mentorsphere™ enterprises, both personal and venture oriented.
Operationally, you personally lead your My Mentorsphere™ and any Venture Mentorsphere™ enterprise you initiate in UIF Virtual Mentor™ infrastructure by engaging UIF’s Navigation mentoring resource. You engage Navigation to cultivate, activate, organize and engage additional UIF, and your personally-selected, mentoring resources in pursuit of your dreams and/or in assisting others in pursuing their dreams. The use of Navigation as a mentoring resource provides you with the functional capabilities of assisting you in navigating your life journey in search of your self-determined success and in the pursuit of your individual happiness.
A Protégé-focused Mentorsphere™, either personal or venture oriented, consists of its Leader/Protégé, their dreams and their Mentorage™, each organized by the Leader/Protégé to support their articulated dreams. The Leader engages Navigation to operationally lead a Mentorsphere™ enterprise with sufficient passion to focus and pursue their articulated dreams. The Mentorage™ of each Mentorsphere™ enterprise is a focused group of individuals consisting of one or more individual Mentors, Menteges™ or other participants selected by the Leader to assist the Leader in effectively and efficiently focusing and achieving the goals of the Leader’s dreams. The mentoring resources of a Mentorsphere™ include its Leader, its Mentorage™ and the books, articles, inspiration and encouragement the Leader finds important for focusing and pursuing their dreams.
A Mentor or Mentege™ initiated Mentorsphere™ can operate similar to one that is Protégé created and dream focused, or simply as a place for them to record, organize and manage the Mentor’s or Mentege’s™ mentoring activities.
Knowledge Arena
The Knowledge arena is a UIF mentoring resource and consists of four possible levels of participation for Individual Participants. All individuals including Protégés, Mentors and other participants are encouraged to participate. UIF believes each Individual Participant has an opportunity to learn something about them. These four possible levels are:
- Self-Evaluation
- Pique
- Insight
- Discovery
At the Self-Evaluation Level of individual participation, the Individual Participant self-selects what they believe represents the correct order of nine categories describing individual core strengths. Each of the Pique, Insight and Discovery levels of participation uses a proprietary personal inventory answer/selection technology designed to assist an Individual Participant in confirming and/or discovering their individual set of core strengths.
Empowerment Arena
The Empowerment arena is another UIF mentoring resource. Similar to how an Individual Participant engages and self-selects, confirms, identifies, or discovers their set of core strengths with Knowledge, an Individual Participant self-selects what empowers them. All individuals including Protégés, Mentors and other participants are also encouraged, to engage the Knowledge mentoring resource. Our Empowerment mentoring resource is currently designed to have the same four levels of participation as Knowledge. They are:
- Self-Evaluation
- Pique
- Insight
- Discovery
The purpose and objective of Empowerment is to assist each Individual Participant in using their identifiable set of core strengths in understanding what empowers them and in creating and focusing their self-defined dreams. In addition, its purpose is to ignite the passion and fortitude to pursue them. In the Self-Evaluation level of participation, each Individual Participant self-selects what they believe reflects their Individual Learning Preference, Individual Hierarchy of Values and an Individual Risk Temperament. In the Pique, Insight and Discovery levels of participation, inventory selection technology helps identify these as key ingredients of Empowerment.
When engaging Empowerment, each Individual Participant is asked to describe their personal dreams, along with a list of obstacles standing in path of achieving them. Also, with Empowerment each Individual Participant is asked to consider and describe specific reasons why their dreams are an ambition to be fulfilled and list particular goals that will be realized once the dreams are achieved. Here we also ask each individual to consider a personal understanding of self-determined success and the pursuit individual happiness.
