FIND A MENTOR
Leveraging the knowledge and experience of mentors is a valuable tool for personal and professional growth. UIF supports this core principle through our Mentorsphere(TM) — a curated virtual community where individuals and organizations can connect with mentors from industry, government, and higher education.
HOW IT WORKS
Once you request a connection to a mentor, UIF will contact you with specific questions. Our goal is to create positive mentoring connections with as many mentors as possible. Remember, each mentor brings different skills and experiences to help you grow and learn. A UIF team member will set up an in-person or virtual introduction to your mentor. We ask that you keep an open mind and be respectful of the mentors who volunteer their time.
